1. Courier Returns (Return to Origin – RTO)

If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as incomplete address, unavailability, or non-serviceable pin codes, the product will be returned to Morbi Maven. The following terms apply:

  • Customers will bear the cost of re-shipping the order to a new or corrected address.
  • Refunds are not applicable for orders returned due to customer-related issues unless the error is confirmed to be on Morbi Maven’s side.

2. Customer Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We accept returns or process refunds and replacements for defective, damaged, or misprinted products under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use or missing tags will not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Morbi Maven will verify that the product is in its original dispatched condition. If the product passes verification:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, and customers will be notified via email.
    • If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for non-defective items such as incorrect size selection or changes in preference. Customers must carefully review the size charts and product details before placing an order.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or misprinted products. Morbi Maven does not accept exchanges for reasons such as size or style preference. Customers are encouraged to check the size chart and product details before completing their purchase.


4. Reverse Pickup

For verified defective or damaged products, reverse pickups can be arranged under the following conditions:

  • Reverse pickup requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery after claim approval.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, Morbi Maven will proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for non-defective returns.

5. Processing Time for Replacements and Refunds

  • Replacements are typically processed within 7-10 business days of verifying the returned product.
  • Refunds for defective products (if replacements are not possible) will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund details will be shared with the customer via email.

6. Tag and Packaging Requirements

Products returned without their original tags, labels, or packaging, or showing signs of use, will not qualify for refunds or replacements. Morbi Maven reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


7. Color Variations

Slight differences in color due to display settings or the nature of the printing process are not considered defects. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for such variations. Customers seeking precise color matching are encouraged to order a sample before placing bulk orders.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Morbi Maven reserves the right to deny any return, replacement, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product in question. We are not responsible for claims or damages exceeding the product’s value.
